Mario Garza
Born in Mexico and educated in Miami, Mario has lived and worked internationally with leading agencies and brands including Wieden+Kennedy, BBH, Apple, and Meta.
His background is rooted in agency-side creative work, developing ideas and seeing them brought to life all the way through delivery.
Spending time on set sparked a growing interest in directing, leading Mario to found Koolshiit as a way to step behind the camera, directing and producing projects from early ideas through production.
When he’s not working, Mario is usually developing new projects—or eating quesadillas.

Mauricio Arrioja
Born in Mexico and based in Los Angeles, Mauricio brings over a decade of experience across television, film, and commercial production.
His work spans projects for networks and organizations including Viacom, Univision, NBC, ABC, CBS, The Emmys, and AFI Fest, as well as collaborations with award-winning filmmakers.
With a background in production management and large-scale coordination, Mauricio oversees projects of varying scope, from independent feature films to SAG-AFTRA productions and commercial work, ensuring projects are delivered with consistency, efficiency, and attention to detail.
